المريض مش لازم يعرف اسم التخصص. يكتب شكوته بالعامية أو الفصحى أو الإنجليزي، ودكتوري يقترح التخصص المناسب مع السبب ودرجة الاستعجال، وبعدين الأطباء المناسبين.Patients don't need to know specialty names. They write the complaint in Egyptian Arabic, standard Arabic or English, and Doctori suggests the right specialty with a reason and an urgency level, then the matching doctors.

يفهم العامية والأخطاء الإملائية والخلط بين العربي والإنجليزي، ويرجّع 1–3 تخصصات بنسبة ثقة وسبب مكتوب. مفتاح الذكاء الاصطناعي على السيرفر فقط.Handles dialect, typos and mixed Arabic/English, and returns 1–3 specialties with a confidence and a written reason. The AI key lives only on the server.

لو الذكاء الاصطناعي مش متاح، قاموس بأكثر من 675 كلمة وعَرَض في 27 تخصصًا يكمّل الشغل، والإدارة تضيف أي كلمة جديدة من لوحة التحكم.If the AI is unavailable, a dictionary of 675+ symptom words across 27 specialties takes over, and admins can add new words from the dashboard.

ألم الصدر وعلامات الجلطة والنزيف وفقدان الوعي تُظهر شريطًا أحمر «اتصل بالإسعاف 123» قبل أي نتيجة، وأفكار إيذاء النفس تُظهر الخط الساخن للصحة النفسية.Chest pain, stroke signs, bleeding and fainting show a red “Call ambulance 123” banner before any result; self-harm thoughts also show the mental-health hotline.
